就目前的情况来看，高通似乎不会发布第二代骁龙8+处理器作为年中献礼，而是正加紧准备骁龙8 Gen3。
爆料人RGcloudS分享了关于骁龙8 Gen3的最新情报，他指出，这颗处理器并非所谓的“1+5+2”大小核配置组合， 还是沿用上一代的1+4+3架构。
其中超大核基于ARM公版Cortex-X4打造，大核基于Cortex-A715，小核基于Cortex-A515。
主频方面，三星定制的鸡血版频率将达到惊人的3.72GHz
。这意味着标准版，恐怕也会在3.5~3.6GHz左右。
稍稍有些遗憾的是，骁龙8 Gen3基于台积电N4P 4nm工艺生产，也就是说，今年唯一的3nm手机芯片只有苹果A17。
