穆迪再度下调 Silvergate 评级，未来或将继续下调
据彭博社报道，由于担心 Silvergate 在加密市场动荡和联邦监管机构打击下的生存能力，评级机构穆迪下调了 Silvergate Capital 及其银行子公司 Silvergate bank 的评级。穆迪在一份声明中表示，Silvergate Capital 的长期发行人评级从 B3 降至 Ca，未来有可能再次下调。
