Rooting a Shanling M3 Ultra
Hi guys,
Please can somebody helps me:
I’m trying to root my Shanling M3 Ultra with no luck.
I used the method in the post of « Shanling M3X Rooting ».
I tried to follow this method: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/root-guide-shanling-m3x-dap.4473501/
I patched my boot.img with Magisk.apk to have a patched boot.img.
But on a Mac and on a Windows 10 PC I can use ADB to boot it in edl mode but then when trying to read boot.img and to write boot.img with edl from edl.py by taping « edl r boot boot.img » and « edl w boot bott.img » it keep saying me that « r » and « w » are not know commands…
Is there a simpler software/method to read/write boot.img to boot partition of the device please ?
I know it’s a Qualcomm processor but beside that it seems I don’t find any soft that let me write to it…
Any help would be more than really appreciated ^^
