今年秋季的iPhone 15 Pro/Pro Max将会搭载苹果A17处理器，此前有说法它将采用台积电第一代3nm（N3）打造。
不过， 来自DT的最新报道做了修正，称A17的制造工艺是N3E，也就是3nm增强版。
据悉，台积电将在下半年开始N3E的量产工作，且产能已被苹果100%包圆。
第一代3nm（N3）相较于5nm的改良版4nm，有着35%的能效提升，作为N3的改良版，N3E带给A17处理器性能、功耗上的改进程度可想而知。
