Not directly. The cpu in the Mac is not supported officially by win 11
I am not sure - it depends on whether the processor in the 6,1 can run VMWare Fusion 13. Fusion 12+ does not work on the cMP5,1 due to unsupported CPU features.Can Mac Pro 6,1 trash can running macOS Monterey run Windows 11 Pro using vmWare Fusion 13?
You can try and run VMWare Fusion Player (it is free). If it runs then you can run Windows 11 as a VM - fully supported by VMWare Fusion.
