前 FTX 工程总监对美国刑事指控认罪，并同意配合检察官对 SBF 的调查
据路透社报道，FTX 前工程总监 Nishad Singh 周二对美国的刑事指控表示认罪，并同意配合检察官对 FTX 创始人 Sam Bankman-Fried 的调查。具体而言，Singh 承认了一项电信欺诈罪，三项共谋欺诈罪，一项共谋洗钱罪和一项共谋通过违反竞选财务法的欺诈罪。Singh 表示其在 2022 年中期就知道 Alameda Research 在借用 FTX 的客户资金，且客户并不知情。
此外，美国证券交易委员会和商品期货交易委员会周二分别对 Singh 提起民事诉讼。
