香港财政司司长陈茂波先生将出席“2023 香港 Web3 嘉年华”开幕式并发表演讲
DeFi 之道讯，香港特别行政区政府财政司司长陈茂波先生确认将于 2023 年 4 月 12 日上午，出席由万向区块链实验室、HashKey Group 联合主办，W3ME 承办的“2023 香港 Web3 嘉年华（Hong Kong Web3 Festival 2023）”开幕式并发表演讲。
本次嘉年华包括 5 个会场，拟邀请 300 余位全球各地极具影响力的嘉宾分享前沿的 Web3 技术方案，超 100 家热门 Web3 专案、社区及媒体现场参展，预计参会观众将超过 10000 人。此外，活动还将邀请知名投资机构参与其中，更有监管机构代表深度解析监管政策，明晰发展边界。
