我国发明专利达421.2万件 位居世界第一 去年半导体专利申请量是美国2倍

统计局披露，我国创新投入和产出持续增加。
2022年，全社会研究与试验发展经费（R&D）达3.1万亿元，首次突破3万亿元，比上年增长10.4%，连续7年保持两位数增长。
2022年末，我国发明专利有效量达421.2万件，位居世界第一。
2022年，我国企业发明专利产业化率为48.1%，比上年提高1.3个百分点。
根据知产机构Mathys & Squire发布的2022年半导体专利申请报告显示， 过去一年，中国公司提交了18223件半导体相关专利，全球占比高达55%，是美国公司（26%）的两倍还多。
