No Rows Retrieved in Data Preview of Calculation View

Dear all,
We are using SAP S/4HANA 2020 SP02 with SAP HANA 2.0 SP05.
We have Z* CDS view that contains standard tables:
CDS view includes Client-specific tables.
After creating Calculation View based on Z* CDS view in SAP HANA Development perspective:
Node data preview does not display data:
Although the CDS view contains data:
User's Session Client (mandt) is set:
We have tried to change in Properties the Default Client from Cross Client to Session Client, but it did not help.
What might be the cause of No Rows Retrieved? Maybe the user is missing Privileges?
