在三四线小乡镇， 50 平左右的小商铺适合做什么？

在三四线乡镇有一个 50 平的小商铺，商铺位于镇上的中心，人流量还不错，乡镇常住人口有 10 万左右，沿海城市（湛江）。因为这个铺位不能做餐饮行业，考虑过百货首饰，就是 3 元或者 5 元店，但考察了镇上的一些小商店，发现小件商品基本都在 3 到 10 元的区间，如果再开 3 元或者 5 元店，优势不是很大，也考虑母婴店，镇上也有几家了，基本可以否决了，所以想问下大佬，有没有在小乡镇开店的建议？感谢！
