NFT Tech 完成对 Web3 开发公司 Run It Wild 的收购
据 Businesswire 报道，科技公司 NFT Tech 宣布完成对 Web3 开发公司 Run It Wild 的收购。据悉，Run It Wild 曾为数字身份管理服务商 Linktree 开发 Web3 策略并提供建议，也为澳网公开赛元宇宙项目 AO Metaverse 提供支持。Run It Wild 创始人 Adam 是前元宇宙平台 Decentraland 合作主管。
本次收购价格暂未披露，但据悉 NFT Tech 将发行 10,000,000 股普通股并支付 50,000 加元现金以换取 Run it Wild 公司所有已发行和流通股。
