大佬们会遇到触摸板生涩的问题吗？

我的机器是 MBP ，但是外接屏幕的时候会需要连独立的触控板
最开始的时候觉得手感特别好，但是两三年下来，慢慢会偶尔出现手指在玻璃面上滑动不顺畅的情况。
考虑过会不会是汗垢油垢之类的，所以会时不时地用酒精湿巾擦一下，但是好像也没有多大改善；如果说是因为有潮气，但有些时候明明手指很干燥也会划不动。
不知道大佬们有没有解决办法？
