原标题：十铨推出新款 PCIe 5.0 SSD：速度可达 12000MB/s
2 月 24 日消息，十铨科技今日发布 T-FORCE CARDEA Z540 M.2 PCIe 5.0 固态硬盘，采用 PCIe Gen5x4 接口，并支持 NVMe2.0 协议，读写速度可达 12.000/10.000MB/s。
据官方介绍，T-FORCE CARDEA Z540 M.2 PCIe 5.0 固态硬盘搭载荣获多项专利认证的超薄石墨烯散热片，选用 100% 可回收石墨烯材料制作而成，并应用其六角蜂巢晶格的晶体结构优势将热源迅速且均匀地横向扩散。官方数据显示，搭配石墨烯散热片使用之 SSD 温度相较仅使用主板散热片之温度可降低约 3-5℃。
首波 T-FORCE CARDEA Z540 M.2 PCIe 5.0 固态硬盘推出 2TB 容量规格，将自 2023 年第二季度全球开卖。
