Support is great. Feedback is even better.

"Thanks for checkout out our product, it's the first one that we actually released. We are really keen on learning what you think about it, how we can improve and what else would you expect from it. There are so many avenues we can grow it, but we need your feedback to know which direction to choose."

Hello PH, I am one of the makers of childbook.ai. We have built the initial MVP for a hackathon and since we actually liked the idea and received positive feedback we decided to polish it up and make it into a fully-fledged product.

The product uses quite a few paid APIs, which is why we have had to limit free books, but you can always review the existing library of books to see what you can expect.

Feel free to write to us if you encounter any issues or have any doubts or ideas about the app.

Our plans for the future (which one first will depend on your feedback): - Making a video publishable to youtube for each book - this way you could stream directly to TV on any device - Change the current preset of 8 pages per book to be customizable - Better consistency for characters in illustrations - Lector picker for the text to speech - so that children can choose their favourite voice - Some rating so that you can publish your book and if others enjoy it you can gain some free generations. - Language picker for multilanguage support (you can actually write the title and description in a non-English language and it will 90% of the time work, but it requires some polishing)

Something we are giving thought, but not actually pursuing right now, but maybe we should? - Personalised images based on the photos of your child (think Lensa/AvatarAI) - Printing physical books

@wojciech_jaszczak Congratulations on the launch of Childbook . This innovative tool empowers users to create personalized children's books . With customizable characters and matching illustrations. Looking forward to seeing how this product evolves in the future.
@wojciech_jaszczak Congrats. Very refreshing to see a Childbook on PH with an AI spin. :)
I love ideas like this because children can engage and spend more time with their parents in a more creative way.
@busmark_w_nika glad you liked it, we are trying to find out what to prioritize to work on going forward. We inherently feel that the more personalized experience, the more engaging it will be for both parent and a child.
Congrats on the launch, Klaudia and the whole Childbook AI team! This looks great for anyone to get up and running with Amazon's Kindle Direct Publishing service! I can already imagine some real-life inspired children's books out there, best of luck to you all!
@arturork we plan to add integration with print on demand so that users could order their printed copy directly through our app with selection of layouts already prepared for you. And hopefully at some point, a marketplace to publish the books. But until then if someone wants to use our app to create a book for Amazon Direct Publishing that would be great to see.
@wojciech_jaszczak sounds like a great plan! I used Canva and tried KDP once, but creating the layout was a bit cumbersome. A click to print button that creates the KDP necessary layout and front/back cover layout could be a great feature.
This is an amazing idea. Kind of sad there wasn't a bit more support shown up to now. Congratz and good luck.
