We used to go out with a film crew to help employees share knowledge and experiences for HR, learning, and Internal Comms. Costs were high, and while the content was incredibly powerful, it was only used on the high-profile campaigns.
So, we tried asking employees to record their own video stories, but attempts repeatedly failed. People didn't feel confident, know what to say, or how to use technology.
