Intel日前发布了新一代工作站平台 至强W-3400、至强W-2400系列 处理器和W790芯片组，除了多达56核心112线程，还支持最多8个通道、最大4TB容量的DDR5-4800内存，最多112条PCIe 5.0高速总线。
今天，芝奇发布了 全新的Zeta R5 DDR5 R-DIMM可超频内存条 ，专为至强W-3400X、W-2400X可超频型号打造，可选四/八通道，可选单条16/32GB，可选5600/6000/6400MHz。
事实上，至强W-3400X、W-2400X系列这是第一次支持DDR5 R-DIMM内存，芝奇与Intel、主板厂商合作， 成功将U-DIMM内存的极致超频速度导入DDR5 R-DIMM，并支持Intel XMP 3.0一键超频技术。
