全干型的前端工程师如何找到好的页面 UI 设计稿？

在公司作为一名“全干工程师”，不仅需要做出页面，还需要能够自己设计（ copy ）页面。

工作这几年，发现自己在这方面一直是个短板，虽然也收藏了不少相关的网站，比如 dribbble 、UI8 、Template Monster 等等，但是每次需要设计一个新的页面 /网站时，往往还是需要在这些网站里面一个个查看 UI 设计稿，大海捞针般地找出符合本次需求的页面 /网站 UI 。

也曾经尝试过用关键词在这些网站上搜索，但是发现很多符合自己需求的页面 /网站 UI ，并不在所搜索的关键词里。

所以想问问大家，有什么方法能够比较高效率地找到符合自己需求的 UI 设计稿？另外平时怎样可以积累一些好的页面设计资源，以备将来的需求？
