张小泉菜刀拍蒜断裂再现舆情风波，2月20日，徐州一男子发视频吐槽张小泉菜刀拍了一下蒜就断成两截。
今日，张小泉厂家回应称，视频中这个刀硬度比较高，能不能拍蒜看材质，硬度越大越脆越容易断，后面会提高产品质量。
企查查APP显示，近期，张小泉股份有限公司公开专利“一种复合钢、刀具及其制备方法”，似乎解决了菜刀拍蒜易断的弊端。
专利显示，本发明涉及复合金属制品领域，复合钢包括硬钢层及韧钢复合层，使得所述复合钢具备高硬度，高耐磨性及高耐腐蚀性，能保证刀刃部分具备高硬度的性能。
