手机市场依然寒气逼人，2023年的需求也在下滑，即使是中兴这样的5G巨头也难免感受到寒意，日前有消息称中兴也启动人员优化，涉及终端及无线等多个部门。
科创板日报援引知情人士消息称， 不少员工在年前1月18日被通知，会在2月底之前办完离职手续。
“无线研究院一些部门的裁员比例在10%-20%，有线研究院、中研院也都在裁员，另外终端业务部门也是此次裁员重点。”一名中兴员工向记者透露。
记者了解到，此次人员优化除了这一两年的新进员工，也有工作10年以上的资深老员工。
