2月20日，据集微网消息，OPPO自研的4nm手机处理器最快年底量产，明年有望上市。
OPPO自研手机处理器的消息有段时间了，
这次研发的是手机应用处理器AP，没有整合基带，而是外挂联发科5G基带。
这款芯片的具体架构没有提及，报道称OPPO之前一度更激进，希望用上3nm工艺，由于难度较大，工艺也不如4nm成熟，因此率先推进的是4nm处理器。
这款手机芯片已经进入流片阶段，预计2023年底量产，2024年上市。
