背景： 由于面试机会实在是太少，今天入职了一家不想去的公司打算先苟住。 办理入职手续到了签合同的阶段，有些条款我觉得不对，遂与之商量是否能重新拟定一份合同，收到回复：公司里所有人都是这样签的，改合同需要老板同意，你先回去叭。hhh ，tmd...
劳动合同部分条款：
- 合同期一年，试用期三个月
- 薪资结构：基本工资 3000 ，绩效工资 17000
- 甲方有权利视情况调整全体员工的薪资
还是没能苟住 想问一下，签这种合同，有异议的部分应当如何公司商榷，怎样提出来比较好？还是不管直接签...
