心电图功能是苹果智能穿戴设备的重要功能卖点之一，然而这个功能也给苹果惹来麻烦，因为被指控侵犯另一家公司的专利权，美国ITC的禁令最快下周生效，可能导致Apple Watch在美国被禁售。
据报道，美国国际贸易委员会(ITC)于去年12月裁定，苹果公司(AAPL.US)旗下带有心电图功能的Apple Watch侵犯了医疗设备制造商Alive CorInc的专利。
该禁令最快将于下周生效，意味着苹果的Apple Watch Series8智能手表将无法在美国市场发售。
目前苹果唯一的解决方案，就是游说政府来阻止该禁令生效，美国官方将于下周一作出决定，选择维持ITC的侵权裁决，还是支持苹果取消相关禁令。
