消费者买到新手机，开机之后几乎都能看到手机预置的APP，有些手机预置应用甚至多达十几二十多个，有手机厂商自己的，也有第三方推广的，而且很多APP禁止卸载，这让消费者不胜其烦。
对于这个问题，
今天《经济日报》也发表评论文章，强调规范手机预置软件势在必行。
报道指出，一方面，预置应用软件影响了消费者使用体验。
另一方面，预置应用软件潜藏侵权风险——有的强行推送广告、过度索取权限，甚至在用户不知情的情况下，采集用户信息，侵犯隐私权。
