Thinking of new ideas to change the routine of always eating the same thing is tiring, especially when you're on a diet (whatever your goal may be). Food blogs are an endless source of ideas (great!!), but we often end up not knowing what new things we want to cook and end up eating the same things (boring).
We want to help create creative food ideas that are also nutritious and fit each person's nutritional goals.
Our goal is to offer a tool that allows nutritionists to expand their recipe collection, help athletes achieve their goals, and provide alternative ideas for anyone who enjoys cooking!
