彭博社：前 FTX 高管 Nishad Singh 计划对美国刑事指控认罪
据 The Block 援引彭博社报道，FTX 前工程总监 Nishad Singh 正在与检察官敲定一项协议，计划对美国刑事指控认罪。目前协议尚未最终敲定。
据悉，Nishad Singh 将是 SBF 核心圈子中第三位认罪并与检察官合作的成员，前两名成员分别是 FTX 联合创始人 Gary Wang 和 Alameda Research 前首席执行官 Caroline Ellison。SBF 对包括欺诈在内的一系列刑事指控拒不认罪，目前正在等待 10 月份的审判。如果所有罪名成立，他可能被判处 100 年以上监禁。FTX 于去年 11 月申请破产，其估值曾高达 320 亿美元。据估计，该公司拥有 900 万名客户，欠前 50 名债权人的金额可能高达 31 亿美元。
