日前一则关于购物车的报道引起了网友热议， 有一位女士反馈称，自己因为一件衣服放购物车太久被客服嘲讽。
此事被无数网友吐槽客服没礼貌，同时也有人疑惑：为什么商家能看到消费者的购物车情况？
对此，阿里客服官微昨晚已经对此事公开回应称：
在任何情况下，商家是肯定看不到购物车信息的，请大家放心。
目前，被嘲讽当事人也发文回应称：商家曾两次道歉。而对于网友担心的加入购物车隐私问题，她猜是看不见的。
