新浪科技讯 北京时间2月17日早间消息，YouTube首席执行官Susan Wojcicki宣布将卸任。
由于面临TikTok、Facebook Reels、Netflix(350.71, -10.71, -2.96%)的竞争，YouTube广告营收已经连续两个季度下滑。
54岁的她是YouTube早期员工，大约25年前YouTube诞生于她的车库。Susan说，未来会专注于家庭、健康和个人项目，并在Alphabet担任顾问。Susan此前曾在谷歌(95.78, -1.32, -1.36%)担任广告产品高级副总裁，2014年成为YouTube CEO。
毕业于斯坦福大学的Neal Mohan将接替其职位。Neal2008年加盟谷歌，此前负责产品和广告业务，2015年成为YouTube首席产品官。任内他曾集中精力打磨YouTube Shorts、Musci、付费订阅产品。
分析师Paul Verna认为，最近几个季度YouTube业绩不佳导致Susan离开，而Neal之前比较低调，他是否有足够的领导力领导YouTube回到正轨并不明朗。
