Support is great. Feedback is even better.

"We value your opinion so much, we placed a feedback form right in the app! If you love the app, we'd be grateful for a review in the App Store. If you don't love it, we appreciate your grace while we work hard to make enhancements. "

We’re excited to share 4Privacy with you!

Our team is on a mission to help people organize, protect and easily access their essential information.

From ID cards and tax documents to estate plans and property info, your stuff is secure, private, and always at your fingertips. Our app makes sure you’re never caught off guard.

But there’s more! We built 4Privacy from the ground up with your privacy and the highest level of security in mind. Why? Because we believe in your rights to:

-digital privacy -a safe place to store your digital information -control your own data (who can access it, and when) -share information with the same privacy of being in person -not be monitored by big tech, the government, or anyone else

4Privacy gives you the conveniences of cloud storage without sacrificing your privacy. Our app is built on an architecture that makes it so only you and those you choose can see your information (we can’t see it!).

We would be grateful if you would download the app on your iPhone or Android and give it a try!

Add the easy stuff first - ID cards, insurance cards, a photo of your passport, and use our PDF scanner to get some of the papers off your desk and into a safe space. If you like the app, we’d be honored to read your review in the app store. Feel free to invite your friends and family, too!

More about the app:

Have you ever been to the doctor and forgot your insurance card? That’s a pain. Or have you ever asked your partner to text you something like a social security or credit card number? Not safe. We’ll chalk these items up to things that should be stored in 4Privacy. Then there’s the most serious matters, like medical directives, estate plans, tax documents, and other items that are likely stuffed in your drawer or filing cabinet. 4Privacy helps you digitize all of those important documents, store them in an organized way, and share them with the people you care about.

Today’s app is our minimally viable product (MVP). We’re currently building the desktop version and we have a fantastic list of features that we’ll add in the future.

The app has great potential; however, there are a couple noted user-side features that appear to be omitted-- (1) there is no apparent way to share a discrete document(s) with a trusted contact, (2) the app presently only provides for using device camera to capture and upload a document(s)--there should be an option to "scan" a document AND to then define the output as jpg, pdf, for txt file, (3) There does not appear to be any way in which the user can down or offload the entire vault(s) to a self-defined local storage device (this should be made available, as it permits user to backup contents of vault(s) in case the app is erroneously deleted, or the user decides to move content to a different platform, (4) Overall, the app is pretty nice on the human-factors engineering; however, there still should be hot help (?) icons in strategic locations to help new users better understand the "what, how, when, where, etc." aspects of configuring, adding content, adding/removing trusted contacts, recovery, etc.

Super proud of the team for reaching this big milestone of releasing our iOS and Android app!

We're excited for the opportunity to learn from you as we keep working hard to improve 4Privacy. Thanks in advance for giving it a try!
