Community for all current and wannabe fractionals

Hi everyone! I'm Karina Mikhli, Founder of Fractionals United, and am excited to be here.

I fell into fractional work before "fractional" was a thing. Few start a business to run it, so founders often get overwhelmed as soon as there's some success, and they'd then hire me to manage the operations for them while they focused on their strengths.

I ended up going full-time with one of my fractional clients but they didn't need a long-term full-time COO, so I re-entered the fractional world to find two things: 1. It was a lot more popular and crowded; 2. and because of that, it was also harder to find the work and more lonely.

I had joined many wonderful online communities in the last two years, so went looking for one for fractional leaders...and couldn't find it. So, as many of us do, I built the thing I needed and could not find.

Fast forward a month later and we're over 200 members and growing.

My goal is to build a community where all current fractional professionals, and those considering becoming fractional, can connect, collaborate, and learn from each other...and eventually to make it easier for us to find the work as well.

We've already had some amazing conversations, made some opportune connections, learned a lot, and had some fun.
