碳链价值APP讯，加密借贷平台Nexo宣布，将于2023年4月1日停止为所有美国客户（包括美国公民和美国居民）提供Earn Interest Product。Nexo建议美国客户在4月1日之前提取资金。
据此前报道，今年1月，Nexo与美国证券交易委员会 （SEC）以及州监管机构达成和解，将支付共计4500万美元罚款并停止提供借贷产品Earn Interest Product（EIP）。其中Nexo同意向SEC支付2250万美元罚款，并额外支付2250万美元以了结州监管机构提出的类似指控。SEC在声明中称，SEC指控Nexo Capital Inc.发行和销售未经注册的零售加密资产借贷产品EIP。SEC考虑到该公司迅速采取的补救措施以及该公司与委员会工作人员的合作后，同意与Nexo达成和解。
