求一款能让系统意识到应用已经移动的应用搬迁软件

①网上大多数解决办法是把应用文件夹剪切到目标文件夹，但是这不能改变设置里显示的安装位置。其他的电脑管家也是如此，只是把对应文件夹和缓存移动而已，系统显示的安装位置依然没有变
②根据我的要求，如果真有像标题那样的办法，那么是不是意味着重装系统后，仍然有办法让控制面板认出之前装在别的盘的软件？
