Synology/群晖的无密码登陆的一些疑问

现在群晖的 DSM 有 3 种登陆方式： 1.传统的账户和密码登陆，没有额外保护； 2.账户密码和二次验证结合，群晖是通过验证器来提供，没有通过向邮箱发送验证码的途径； 3.无密码登陆，通过 Synology Secure Signin 或者物理密钥，用户在页面上发起登陆请求，然后批准登陆。
这里我的疑问是，无密码登陆确实比较便捷，但是依旧提供了密码登陆，此时的密码登陆是不具备二次验证的功能的，因此没有提供额外的安全保护，只提供了便利性；为什么没有即可以无密码登陆，在不具备无密码登陆条件时，又提供密码登陆二次验证的方式呢？
