use payload dumper go from https://github.com/ssut/payload-dumper-go
Make a Complete backup for safety
use partition backup restore (root) from https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/tool-root-adb-partition-backup-restore-tool-for-windows.4512231/
Unbrick tool:

use fastboot tab, you have to extract payload.bin, delete persist.img inside firmware folder

I have the US/global version, any idea when we'll get a boot.img for rooting the global variant? My build number is v3.12
