求推荐 Mac 一键切换显示器亮度工具？

我的 Mac 平时用外接显示器，笔记本显示器的亮度为 0 （全黑）。
但有时候我需要把笔记本显示器打开看一眼（亮度为某个值 N ），然后再让它变成全黑的。
请问有没有一个软件，可以通过键盘快捷键
让显示器亮度在全黑和某个亮度之间来回切换？
注意：我不需要一级一级的调高、调低亮度，我是希望按一下就能有 N 级亮度，再按一下就全黑，因为我这个操作很频繁。
