有 macos 安装过最新版的 idea 吗？ 前两天安装了一下，卡的飞起。打开一个项目得一两分钟，包括浏览代码明显卡顿感。已经关闭了很多插件，依然会有明显卡顿，编译代码也很慢，有什么解决方式吗？
