在网上找了很久，但是感觉都没有人能说明白的，想问问 v 站的朋友。
目前想找一个服务器玩玩，其实就是要一个公网 ip 而已， 所以不是很清楚这两个有什么区别，对于我个人的用途就是挂一些自己玩的服务，没别的东西了。
另外也想问问，大家推荐什么云厂商？
