据美通社报道，Web3 及元宇宙太空娱乐社区 TDGA Holding Ltd 宣布完成 2000 万美元种子轮融资，新加坡媒体公司 New Media Holding 参投。据悉，NMH 已承诺成为本轮融资的主要投资者，对 TDGA 的估值为 1 亿美元。
TDGA Holdings Ltd 是太空娱乐社区 Space Hero 的供应商，使用元宇宙和 Web3 相关技术在全球范围内进行扩张，其合作伙伴包括 NASA、日本航天局 JAXA、加拿大航天局 CSA 以及尼日利亚和巴西航天局等。
