2月9日消息，北京规自委发布的消息显示， 北京经济技术开发区亦庄新城0303街区地块，被“北京越新房地产开发有限公司”斩获，成交价31.12亿元 ，成交楼面地价合15988元/平米。
天眼查信息显示，北京越新房地产开发有限公司是京东旗下全资附属公司，成立于2022年12月13日，或专为拿地而来。
这块地正对着京东集团总部，是一块综合性地块，建筑控制规模为19.46万平方米，建筑使用性质为住宅、商业、办公及附属配套设施。
除了约14万平方米的办公面积外，还有约为5万平方米的住宅面积，并且套内面积不超过90平米的户型占比需要达到70%。 许多业内人士猜测，京东此举可能是为了建职工住房。
