据 The Block 报道，纽约陪审团判决艺术家 Mason Rothschild 向奢侈品手袋制造商爱马仕支付 13.3 万美元赔偿金，并表示 NFT 不受第一修正案的保护，该修正案保护言论自由。此前该艺术家用 NFT 技术仿制了爱马仕旗舰商标铂金包（Birkin），该 NFT 系列于 2021 年启动，总量 1000 个，其中 100 个 NFT 被发布。
