Support is great. Feedback is even better.

"Thanks a lot for checking out our launch. We've been wondering whether the following features should be implemented : - CSV / JSON / XLS export of all the submissions collected. - Customizable notification by email to the person who filled the form.

What do you think?"

Hey Hunters!

We're super thrilled to release Sheetsify - an app made specifically for collecting form submissions in Google Sheets documents, without coding or technical knowledge.

The project was born out of a very frequent need expressed by our clients : "I have to connect all my lead generation forms with Google Sheets to work on them later and share them with my team".

As we've been through different solutions and hurdles (custom code, Zapier, N8N, etc.), we tried creating our own app, and put it in the hands of our clients. They were delighted, and so we've decided to make Sheetsify public and usable by everyone.

Please let us know what you think of it, and we definitely hope it will help streamline your process!

Congratulations on your launch! 🎉

It is really difficult to put all the data from different sources into one sink, even when you need to use one service for the one list of countries and another service in the other parts of our world.

Do you plan to add more sources of data? And what about privacy? Do you store intermediate data or not?

Keep doing! 💪

@asaskevich Thank you so much for your feedback!

Let me answer all your questions :

- Do we store intermediate data ? : Yes. Before the data goes to Google Sheets, we store it as an encrypted JSON structure. This enables us to provide users with what we call a Submissions Archive. This enables one to view what was transmitted to Google Sheets in the last 7 or 30 days, according to their plan (Free VS Premium). The encryption key used to encrypt this intermediate data is generated on a per-account basis, and isn't stored anywhere (it's rebuilt at runtime everytime one wants to view their archive).

- Do we plan to add more sources of data ? : We haven't thought about it. Do you have ideas or a use-case in mind? So far, Sheetsify was built as a plug & play solution for every form. That said, Sheetsify also supports working with simple GET & POST calls (see : https://sheetsify.app/f/help/dev...). So, in theory, absolutely any source of data will work well with Sheetsify, and be forwarded to Google Sheets seamlessly.

Let me know, and thanks a lot once again!

It is so easy to set it up. Within seconds, I was able to connect my forms to Google sheets and did not have to spend time on the data entry work. I am also able to easily track my data and analyze my work efficiently
