近日，罗氏（Roche）宣布了全球3期临床COMMODORE 2研究的积极结果。
该研究在既往未接受补体抑制剂治疗的阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症（PNH）患者中，评估了新一代C5循环抗体crovalimab的疗效和安全性。试验数据显示，该研究达到了避免输血和控制溶血的共同主要疗效终点，crovalimab每四周皮下注射一次可达到疾病控制效果，且不劣于目前的标准治疗药物。
