Proactive maintenance & Reactive maintenance
SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) is a module in SAP ERP that is used to manage maintenance activities for a company’s assets. There are two main types of maintenance: proactive and reactive. Each type of maintenance has its own process flow, which can be optimized in SAP PM to help a company maintain its assets effectively.

- Execute Maintenance Orders: Maintenance orders are executed in SAP PM to perform maintenance activities, such as inspections, repairs, or replacements.
