The list of POCO phones that will receive MIUI 14 has been revealed

After much speculation, Xiaomi officially unveiled its new mid-range POCO smartphones yesterday. The POCO X5 and X5 Pro stand out for having a 120 Hz AMOLED screen and a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, the Snapdragon 695 in the POCO X5 and the Snapdragon 778G in the POCO X5 Pro.

In this event, the Chinese giant also unveiled MIUI 14 for POCO, the most recent version of the customization layer for POCO, and said which devices will be the first to receive this new upgrade.

These POCO smartphones will receive an update to MIUI 14 and Android 13

So, the first thing POCO brand smartphone users should be aware of is that almost all POCO devices will receive the MIUI 14 update, which is based on Android 13, and that it will happen in two stages: The first will make the deployment of MIUI 14 for POCO on the most powerful handsets, and in the second, we will see it on the company’s mid-range and entry-level smartphones.

Note that the Poco F4 is the only device that has already started receiving this update. In addition, not all devices from this most recent batch will receive the MIUI 14 version with Android 13 because the POCO M3, POCO M2, and POCO M2 Pro will continue to run Android 12 and will get the new user interface on top of it, like what Xiaomi do.
