You have to give every app network permissions one by one. Then reboot.

This is annoying, but it was less work for me than a clean flash.

I would very much like to, except the fact that Sim Toolkit is not available on 13 and no one seems to have a solution for it, I use it on a daily basis so its a requirement for me

I am confused, because i did a dirty flash from android 12 to 13 and the sim toolkit was no where to be seen, did you do a clean install on yours?

yes. this has been happening to be since a while back. idk whats causing it. tried gsam battery monitor but still clueless. heres what the sudden drains look like. (screen was off during the drain period

no, look carefully before the screen on period. the drain was similar as that of usage. that period was 1 hr long

Thanks bud, i downloaded the latest build and Simtoolkit is back, i was previously installing the 22-12 version, too bad the new MIUI Camera app is no longer available, back to the old one

Yes i also updated, and the new camera app is gone. The LEICA one was soo good, atleast for me.

TL;DR: the root problem stems from changes in Google OTA infra, so can only be properly fixed by upgrading the system Google services, which is impossible with PixelOS without upgrading the ROM itself since the Google stuff is built-in (i.e. does not come from an external Gapps package that you could upgrade separately) but normal ways of upgrading Google Services do not work as they would with an actual Pixel phone. So basically just upgrade to the latest ROM.
