部分用户反馈更新到iOS16.3后发现一个大Bug

2月7日消息，在苹果官方支持论坛和 Reddit 社区，不少用户反馈在升级到iOS 16.3系统之后，iCloud Drive 和 Photos等应用无法进行同步。

根据用户反馈，在升级到iOS 16.3 系统之后，iCloud 就出现了同步故障。包括 iCloud Drive 和 iCloud Backup 在内的服务在同步过程中会收到“发生意外错误，请稍后再试”的错误提醒。

国外科技媒体 AppleInsider 初步认为，这是缺乏双因素认证所导致的。

目前反馈出现上述同步故障的用户大部分都未启用双因素验证。后续报告表明，对Apple ID启用双因素身份验证可能是一种解决方法，但并非每个人都希望在其帐户上启用该安全功能。
