碳链价值APP讯，据彭博社援引知情人士报道，区块链金融公司 Figure 已放弃 SPAC 上市，并寻求 1 亿美元融资。此前报道，Figure 于 2021 年 5 月以 32 亿美元完成 2 亿美元 D 轮融资，10T Holdings 和 Morgan Creek Digital 领投。该知情人士称，该公司 2022 年曾有望募集 3 亿美元，但因为熊市导致融资交易搁置，目前进行的 1 亿美元融资可能会有所延迟，因为 Figure 不同意将其估值降低。(彭博社）
