FTX 破产法官将考虑是否批准对 FTX 的独立调查
据路透社报道，FTX 破产法官 John Dorsey 将考虑是否批准对 FTX 的独立调查。美国司法部破产监管机构此前敦促 John Dorsey 任命一名独立调查员，但 FTX 表示审查员只会重复 FTX、债权人和执法机构已经完成的工作并增加成本。FTX 的债权人委员会支持 FTX，称拟议的调查是多余的。得克萨斯州、佛蒙特州和威斯康星州的州证券监管机构则支持司法部的提议，称一份中立的报告将有利于债权人和客户。
