碳链价值APP讯，推特上的金融律师 @wassielawyer 表示，Debt DAO 发行的 FTX 债券代币 FUD 违反了证券法。他称该代币为“可能根本不存在的证券化垃圾债务”。此外，wassielawyer 表示并非所有的债务索赔都是平等和可替代的。据悉，Debt DAO 由孙宇晨支持，旨在这让 FTX 债权人可以更好地控制他们的资产。Debt DAO 在 Tron 网络上发行了 2000 万枚 FUD 代币，每个代币价值 1 美元。FTX 确认债务金额后，将增发空投代币。DebtDAO 将在空投后为 FUD 持有者进行 1:1 的债务回购。（Cryptoslate）
