ChatGPT无疑是目前发展最迅猛的应用之一，这款聊天机器人仅推出两个月，月活跃用户已达1亿，成为历史上增长最快的消费应用。
前谷歌第23位员工、Gmail的创建者之一Paul Buchheit近日表示， ChatGPT人工智能聊天机器人将摧毁谷歌，就像当年搜索引擎彻底干掉黄页电话簿一样。
2月2日，Paul Buchheit在推特上发文称：“ 谷歌可能只需要一两年时间就会被彻底颠覆。AI将会消灭搜索引擎的结果页面，即便谷歌跟上了人工智能的发展，其最能赚钱业务也将大不如前！ ”
据了解，谷歌8成收入来自广告，而搜索引擎的搜索结果页面是展示广告的最主要部分。
