以前是 300m 的融合套餐，2021 年开始每月+30 升级到 500m 。
2022 年底电信打电话推广说按最开始的收费标准，每个月+30 还是 50 升级到 2000m ，我没同意，因为觉得套餐已经很贵了，而且 300m 以上感知不强。但是今天下载 4k 狂飙的时候，突然发现能跑到 1000m 了。。
